Currently employed as the Digital Services Technical Analyst at Bell Bank in Fargo, ND.
In my current role I provide my technical expertise and knowledge of payment systems to better extract and manage data, manage projects, and improve processes for Treasury and Business customers.
In my past role as a Digital Services Specialist I provided phone and digital channel support to Treasury and Business clients including onboarding new clients to Bell systems through web based meetings helping insure smooth transitions into new workflows.
During my time in the digital services department I’ve been certified as an Accredited ACH Professional.
